GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Eyes in the Woods Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Numera Films Ltd. (the “Sponsor”).

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 1st March, 2026 at 00:00 and ends on 20th March,2026 at 23:59 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Visit the Eyes in the Woods page on the Numera Filmd website and click to enter the giveaway

  2. Complete the entry form during the Contest Period.

  3. Submit your entry as instructed.

The first episode of Eyes in the Woods is available to watch for free on YouTube. Viewing the episode is not required to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address unless otherwise specified. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

  • Three (3) winners will receive an Eyes in the Woods merchandise prize pack, which will include limited edition branded items selected by the Sponsor.

  • Approximate retail value: $55 CAD.

  • The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

  • On or about 3rd April, 2026, three (3) eligible entrants will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Skill-Testing Question

  • In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

  • Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email, and

  • Sign and return any required declaration or release forms.

  • If the selected entrant fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question or does not respond within [48 hours] of notification, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

8. Notification

  • The selected entrant will be contacted via the email address provided at entry.

  • If the selected entrant cannot be reached within [48 hours], declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select another entrant.

9. General Conditions

  • By entering, entrants agree to:

  • Comply with these Official Rules.

  • Release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability related to participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

  • Permit the Sponsor to use their name and province of residence for winner announcement purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.

10. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11. Governing Law

  • The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws of the entrant’s residence.
